Building Use

Moffat PK-12 School may allow use of our facilities for events, activities, trainings, and more.  Each event/activity must be pre-arranged and pre-approved.  A sponsor is required for each event or activity.  Depending on the event or activity, a custodian may be required and a fee may be assessed to cover wages.  Insurance may also be required.

Please submit all requested paperwork to the front office of the Moffat PK-12 School, at 501 Garfield Ave, Moffat, CO 81143 during normal business hours (typically 7:15am-4:45pm, Monday-Thursday), including the Building Use Request Form, at least 2 weeks before your requested event or activity.
