    Utilize DIBELS data to drive instruction for students in Title 1 and/or Special Ed programs
    Increase students' % in Reading by 10% on CSAP and NWEA tests
    Begin to use McGraw Hill materials in 4th grade
    Focus intervention time in Title 1 and/or Special Ed for intensive students
    Utilize intervention materials with 4th and 5th grade intensive students
    Identify strengths and weaknesses of students in Literacy components from NWEA. DIBELS and CSAP
    Identify and monitor individual students who require intensive intervention
    Ongoing assessment of Title 1/Special Ed students – including DIBELS, NWEA and CSAP
    Increase in students' Reading scores based on CSAP, DIBELS and NWEA
